By accessing and using The Knowledge Engine platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including client administrators and client users who access the service through their organization's account.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the service without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree to:

  • Keep your password confidential and secure
  • Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensure that your account information is accurate and up to date

Your organization's administrator may grant or revoke your access at any time in accordance with your organization's policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lift Legal Marketing and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Australia and foreign countries.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your organization's internal business purposes. This license does not include any right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.

5. Content and Resources

The resources, training materials, and documentation provided through the platform are intended solely for use by authorized users within their organization. You agree:

  • Not to share resources with parties outside your organization
  • Not to redistribute or resell any content from the platform
  • To use resources only for their intended educational and business purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Lift Legal Marketing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
  • Any content obtained from the service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
